Because our products are perishable and made fresh, we do not accept returns.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with your order details and photos (if applicable).
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was missing items
- Your product arrived damaged or compromised
If approved, we will offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Please note:
- We are not responsible for issues caused by improper storage after pickup/delivery
- All sales are final after 24 hours
- Custom or large orders may be non-refundable
